Former Philadelphia Flyers Star and CBD Business Founder Riley Cote to Speak on Benefits of Hemp Healing at Hockey Tournament
Bethlehem, Penn. – July 16, 2019 /AxisWire/ A first-of-its-kind hockey tournament, the Hemp Heals “The Hemp Cup,” will be educating participants on the benefits of using cannabis products to aid in athletic performance. Open to the public ages 18 and up, the tournament includes round robin and playoff play, and will conclude with a panel led by former professional athletes and cannabis industry experts.
Riley Cote, retired Philadelphia Flyers left winger and founder of BodyChek Wellness and nonprofits the Hemp Heals Foundation and Athletes for CARE, will kick-off the panel discussion by explaining the benefits of CBD and how the products can positively impact an athlete’s physical health and overall well-being. Cote founded BodyChek based on his first-hand experience using hemp products to naturally manage pain and aid in recovery.
Attendees can also expect a Q&A session, live music, hemp giveaways and special guest appearances. Media attendance is welcome and encouraged.
